If you don’t know me, I’m Melissa! I’m an military spouse & mom of two. I’ve have had the pleasure of photographing people for over five years. I am relocating from Charlottesville, Virginia to Dayton, Ohio in September 2021. I’ve successfully run my business in Texas, Hawaii, & Virginia. It’s a whirlwind to move so often, but I love getting connected in new places . I serve both military and civilian families alike!
We are an Air Force family and Dayton will be our 5th duty station!

I specialize in weddings, families, & newborns/children in my in-home studio. The reason I started my business was because of my kids. I fell in love with documenting their moments. I started offering sessions to friends when we lived in Texas and built my first portfolio. Then we moved to Hawaii and I was able to serve so many military families who wanted beautiful photos on the beach, especially to share with family far away.
I restarted my business again in Virginia, opened my studio for newborns and children, & have loved exploring the Blue Ridge mountain landscapes. I am looking forward to seeing what Ohio has to offer and excited to get connected with the Wright-Patterson AFB community!

I offer full and mini sessions for families, maternity, & couples. I love working with families of all sizes – furry children included!

My love of newborn photography began with my own newborn. On average, I photograph 25 newborns per year. For your convenience, I offer a full-service in-home studio with all the props you could ever need. Just bring your baby! I offer baby milestones & cake smash first birthday sessions too.

I love working with couples for engagements and wedding photography. There’s no greater honor than being chosen to document your big day! To best serve my couples, I take a very select few weddings per year.
