I was so thrilled to do this in-home Montgomery AL newborn lifestyle photography session for the H family. I got to meet them as a couple before they got pregnant. We had a nice couples session, maternity session, & now baby Savannah’s in-home session, including their sweet dog.

While I do a majority of my newborn sessions in a studio setting, I love connecting with clients in their own homes too. It’s such a beautiful place to do photos – and no, you do not need a picture perfect home! Any home will do, I promise.

In-home sessions can also allow for time to do newborn photos a little later. Savannah is a month old in these photos. And believe it or not, but she had a pretty bad case of newborn acne at the time, which is so common of babies this age. Thankfully, photoshop is my best friend so hopefully no one but mom and dad would ever know!
